Job Position – Cost Control Engineer
Company Name – PFC Group
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control project costs in line with approved budgets, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to track expenditures and cost variations.
Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, site records, and periodic progress updates.
Ensure compliance with project contractual requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations from a cost control perspective.
Assist in project planning, material coordination, budget monitoring, and value engineering activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (relevant discipline).
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in cost control or construction projects (UAE experience preferred).
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, cost control systems, and site execution processes.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Immediate or short-notice availability will be an added advantage.
