Job Position – Cost Control Manager

Responsibilities:
– Analyze project budgets, expenses, and variances to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
– Monitor and analyze project expenditures.
– Collaborate with project teams to control expenses effectively, fostering proactive cost management.
– Implement and refine cost control strategies.
– Review and approve project budgets to ensure alignment with financial objectives and constraints.
– Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
– Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Job Requirements:
– Experience in Infrastructure projects
– Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
– +15 years of experience in project cost control within the contracting and construction industry.
– Strong expertise in project cost management, cost control procedures, and cost estimation.
– In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and subcontractor management.
– Proficient in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
– Advanced proficiency in cost control software and financial tools.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
