What You’ll Do:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale
-Coordinate with internal teams – Sales, Design, Engineering
-Handle queries, updates, and customization requests
-Ensure smooth handovers and top-tier client satisfaction
-Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems
Who You Are:
-Degree holder in Engineering or Interior Design
-Fluent in English (bonus if you speak Arabic, Russian, Chinese or French!)
-Skilled at multitasking, driven and managing client relationships
-Confident using CRM tools & a passionate professional
-Background in real estate or design? That’s a plus!
