Job Position – Customer Care Executive

Looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy building positive customer relationships, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
– Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
– Provide accurate information about services and procedures
– Follow up on customer requests, appointments, and feedback
– Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
– Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
– Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives
Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, Call Center, Reception, or Client Relations
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Arabic language skills are an added advantage
– Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
– Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and general computer applications
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification preferred
