The Customer Experience Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, demonstrating phone etiquette, and delivering top-notch customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
– Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
– Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints
– Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
– Knowledge of wellness and fitness and hospitality industry is beneficial
