Job Position – Customer Relationship & Lead Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
The First Point of Contact: Respond to customer inquiries smoothly across calls, chat, and social media platforms.
Lead Routing: Match and assign incoming leads efficiently to our Sales and Leasing teams.
Nurture & Qualify: Follow up with customers, conduct surveys, and qualify leads to ensure our agents get high-value opportunities.
CRM Master: Accurately enter and manage data, while monitoring updates from our Sales and Leasing agents to keep everything up to date.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track our team’s success.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in customer service or a related client-facing role.
Hands-on familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
