Position: Customer Service Agent

JOB PURPOSE:
The role involves consistently supporting in developing, reviewing,
and monitoring the end-to-end customer journey experience as well as
implementing business rules and policies for ongoing improvement.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Direct interaction with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Attend, record, and monitor of the call’s prospect.
• Collect orders required for order taking and offer all product catalog, including additional services.
• Register prospects and follow up accordingly.
• Register and submit daily customer issues to planner.
• Ensure collaboration between the different teams (QC & Commercial) to fulfill commitments to customers.
• Identify areas for improvement in internal process and customer service, offering solutions and new proposals.
• Coordinate effectively with network collaborators to achieve the optimal results.
• Propose best practice to take care of the operational issues throughout the day.
• Ensure the prospection process ends with a successful sale.
• Manage customer requests (orders, claims, etc).
• Notify clients of their order status as required.
• Negotiate with the client regarding orders modifications and cancelations.
• Register and monitor the customer claims.
• Create or modify orders as requested and validated.
• Contact customers before shipping to coordinate necessary logistics.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education / Professional Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same field.
• English language proficiency is a must (Hindi & Arabic language is a plus)
Job Specific Competencies /Operational Knowledge:
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer software (Windows and Microsoft Office).
• Analytical skills and customer centric approach.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and responsible with an aptitude for problem solving.
• Strong personality with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
• High standards of ethics, conformity with rules, and integrity in all business dealings.
