Job Position – Customer Service Coordinator

Are you passionate about customer service and skilled in handling complaints and inquiries?
Key Responsibilities:
-Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
-Respond to telephone inquiries with accurate information
-Maintain detailed records of all calls using Microsoft Office applications
-Collect complaints directly from customers or through branches
-Offer support to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
-2โ3 years of experience in a similar role (Exchange house experience is a must)
-Graduate in Finance
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Must be currently based in the UAE
