Job Position – Customer Service Coordinator

Key responsibilities
-Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
-Coordinate with sales, logistics & technical teams
-Prepare quotations and track orders
-Manage complaints professionally
-Prepare material submittals, warranty certificates & QA/QC sample requests
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
-1–2 years of experience (construction chemicals preferred)
-Strong communication & organizational skills
-MS Office proficiency (ERP/CRM is a plus)
