Customer Service Officer

Join team and take ownership of a specialized role within our motor insurance operations.

-Handle motor insurance policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements
-Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and documentation
-Liaise with insurers and internal teams for policy processing
-Ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-ups
-Support claims coordination when required
