Job Position – Customer Service Representative

REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
– Good knowledge of logistics operations, shipping process, and Incoterms.
– Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Additional language is an advantage.
– Proficient in MS Office and familiar with logistics systems is a plus.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
– Located in Dubai or available to join immediately.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipments, rates, delivery, and documentation.
– Provide accurate and timely information and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth shipment flow.
– Process bookings, track shipments, and update customers on status.
– Prepare and verify shipping documents and maintain accurate records.
– Resolve customer issues proactively and follow up until resolution.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
