Job Position – Customer Service Representative

Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring an excellent client experience throughout the sales and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
– Prepare customer orders based on the received LPO (Local Purchase Order).
– Receive and process LPOs from customers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
– Prepare sales quotations for customers in coordination with the sales team.
– Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
– Prepare and maintain regular sales reports for internal tracking.
– Communicate with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and any issues.
– Ensure smooth coordination between departments for efficient customer service.
– Provide support to customers via email, phone, as needed.
– Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
– Assist in maintaining customer records and other administrative tasks as needed.
Previous experience working in food distribution or sales support roles.
Knowledge of the distribution process, sales, and logistics coordination.
