Job Position – Customer Service Representative
Company Name – Tafaseel BPO
In alignment with the UAE’s efforts to support Sudanese nationals as well as Tafaseel Social Corporate Responsibility we decided to dedicate 30 (Job opportunities) of current vacancies to Sudanese who arrived right before the incidents and were stranded during the ongoing conflict
Number of Vacancies: 30
Salary: AED 4000 + Incentives as applicable
Work Location: Tafaseel BPO, Dubai CommerCity,
-Handling incoming and outgoing calls and responding to customers’ emails and chats
-Management and resolve customer complaints/queries
-Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
-Provide service information to customers
-Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
-Follow up customer calls where necessary
-Complete call logs and reports
-Solve all the assigned tickets
Requirements:
-Proven experience working as a Contact Center Agent in any Financial Industry
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Languages: Bilingual – Native Arabic and English B2
