Job Position – Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
Professionally handle patient inquiries via phone and email.
Provide accurate information about the center’s healthcare services and rehabilitation programs.
Schedule appointments and organize patient records.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure the best service for patients.
Follow up on customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service or call center operations (preferably in the healthcare sector).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
