Job Position – Customer Service Representative

Will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities
– Respond to customer inquiries in-person in a timely and professional manner.
– Provide information about products and services, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints.
– Handle and process orders, returns, and exchanges.
– Update customer records in the company’s database with accurate information.
– Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
– Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
– Provide feedback on customer service improvements based on interactions and observations.
– Follow company guidelines and adhere to policies when managing customer interactions.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree
– Proven experience in a customer service role (1-3 years preferred).
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
– Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult customers.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
