Job Position – Customer Service Representative

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. You will handle phone calls and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette to assist clients with their inquiries and needs.
Qualifications
-Arabic Speakers are Preferred
-Preference for Female Candidates
-Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
-Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
-Customer Experience and Problem-Solving skills
-Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
-Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
-Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
