– Fluency in Tagalog (mandatory)
– Strong verbal and written communication skills

– Ability to handle patient queries, registrations, and coordination
– Experience in hospital or healthcare customer service is an advantage
– Must be available to join immediately
– Willing to work at the Ajman branch

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
– Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient flow
– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
– Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality
