Job Position – Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
Attend phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and resolve the queries professionally
Receive and process queries from all social media platforms
Effectively manage high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts to the satisfaction of all parties involved
Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints
Communicate with confidence and professionalism to address customer concerns and maintain positive relationships
Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advices
Support basic social media management, including creating and posting content as needed
Requirements:
Russian Speaker with 1-2 years of experience in similar role
Proficiency in English Language
Basic social media skills
Excellent communication skills (voice and text based) and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
Ability to multitask – handle multiple customer queries through different channels at the same time
Salary: AED 6000 to 8000 depending on experience
Working days: Monday to Saturday
