Job Position – Customer Services Coordinator
Company Name – Express Pack
To support operations in the corrugated carton manufacturing industry.
1. Manage customer inquiries, orders & follow-ups
2. Coordinate with production & dispatch for timely delivery
3. Ensure excellent customer experience
Qualifications:
– High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
– 1–2 years of customer service experience (manufacturing/packaging preferred)
– Proficiency in ERP & MS Office
– Strong communication skills & attention to detail
Additional Requirements:
– Candidate must currently be in the UAE.
