Job Position – Customer Success Manager
Company Name – EmiraTalent
(With European Experience), Dubai:- client, an innovative Software Vendor in the Data and Analytics space is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager, who has had experience in working in the U.K or Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention, and acting as their advocate during projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their success with our products and services.
Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and video calls to provide support, guidance, and feedback.
Understand the client’s needs, goals, and challenges and provide them with tailored solutions and best practices.
Monitor and report on the client’s usage, performance, and satisfaction metrics.
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and value for the client and the company.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product, and engineering to deliver on the client’s expectations and resolve any issues or concerns.
Collect and share client feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in a Software/Digital company.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to travel occasionally to visit clients or attend events.
