Job Position – Customer Support Executive

Location: Internet City, Dubai
Candidate should have:
Knowledge in Focus Software
Hindi Speaking must
Min. 1 years of experience in Customer Support.
Knowledge in Logistics /Export
Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and shipment tracking.
Resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders and shipments.
Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
