You will be working as Customer Support Specialist and will be part of Motion Business Area for Service Division based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Project Manager and will be responsible for building a superior customer experience, best in class project execution while ensuring On Time Delivery (OTD) to customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the process in the value chain from sales order booking to customer payment receipt for drives and motors are followed while keeping cost in consideration.
  • Co-ordinating with customers about order acknowledgement to ensure on time delivery. Collecting the invoices and payments on time.
  • Ensuring the communication between the sales support team, customers and the factory is accurate.
  • Issuing purchase orders and placing the orders of the customers on time and thereby meeting and exceeding the internal and external customer expectations.
  • Ensuring the documents are complying with SOX guidelines.
  • Providing logistics support for all government and oil and gas customers as per the delivery guidelines including the gate pass application for engineers.
  • Issuing, renewing and tracking bank guarantees
  • and insurances.
  • Management of Customer ERP portals for receipt of orders and invoicing.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at multinational company out of which 2 to 3 years of experience in order management role.
  • SAP experience in order handling is mandatory.
  • UAE driving license will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
