Job Position – Customer Support Specialist

Join team now in Dubai Media City .

In this role, you will:

– Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries via email and phone.
– Gather detailed information and analyze customer requests to ensure accurate resolution.
– Create and manage tickets for our development team, following up on progress and ensuring timely solutions.
– Effectively communicate with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their requests.
– Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Mediaslide software.
– Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth migration to our platform.
– Deliver exceptional training sessions to users.

We are looking for someone who:

– Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive customer relationships.
– Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Has a strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
– Holds a passion for technology and possesses a good understanding of software and computer systems.
– A developer background is a plus, but not mandatory.
– Enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
– Thrives on learning new things and has a willingness to continuously develop their skills.
