What You’ll Do
– Manage or support end-to-end freight forwarding operations across air, sea (import/export/cross-trade), and road
– Drive new business, grow existing accounts, and build long-term customer relationships
– Prepare, review, and support competitive quotations with margin and feasibility focus
– Coordinate with operations, sales, finance, and documentation teams for smooth execution
– Ensure accurate shipment handling, documentation, billing inputs, and service delivery
– Work with carriers and vendors to secure space and service reliability
– Handle customer and operational escalations with accountability
– Follow SOPs, compliance standards, and credit controls
– Track performance through KPIs, pipelines, and reviews
