1) Sr. Facility Engineer/ FM Manager
-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
-At least 10 years of total experience and 5 years of facilities manager role in GCC.
-Experience with AutoCAD, and MS Office.
-Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
-Good verbal and English and Arabic written communication skills.
-Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Project management skills.
-Arabic Nationality required
-MMUP UPDA (Preferred)
-Qatar Driving License (Required)
2) Electrical Engineer
-Bachelor degree in electrical Engineering
-Certified UPDA license holder is added advantage
-More than 5 years’ experience 3 years in GCC
-A good relevant experience in the facility management field
-Experience utilizing engineering design programs (CAD or BIM); experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy management systems preferred.
-Arabic Nationality required
3) Technical Manager (Civil)
-Total years of Experience At least 15+ years overall experience with 5-years’ experience of managing comparable complex high value operation(s) in GCC region.
-Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or similar
-Language proficiency (Written & Spoken) is a MUST Arabic
-Certified UPDA license holder is added advantage
-A good relevant experience in the facility management field
-Microsoft Office Applications
-Arabic Nationality required
4) FM Supervisor
-5+ years’ experience of managing comparable commercial or business support role 3 years in GCC
-Bachelor, Diploma Degree in mechanical & electrical systems (HVAC systems & applications and ELV systems)
-All Nationality can apply
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
