Play Your Part in Our Success

 

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Data Analyst to join us.

You will bring your exceptional ability to translate large and complex data sets into meaningful and actionable insights that we can translate into process improvements, cost efficiencies and new revenue streams.

Will be the first employee in a mean, lean and super smart Business Intelligence team that will be responsible for driving and supporting the decision making of various departments.

You will be working closely with the Management & Business teams to help develop business cases derived from data. This will be a highly impactful role where you will see your insights come to fruition, in a much faster and rewarding way than many businesses are able to offer.

You will be working with our tech team to get our entire BI software solution stack defined, assisting on getting the entire project off the ground.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

    • Set-up and manage business critical data and BI projects
    • Partner with management to understand requirements and how our data can power business decisions
    • Create dashboards and reporting tools to facilitate decision making
    • Deliver business cases to management derived from data insights
    • Assisting with strategic & architectural decisions on new systems

 

What We Require:

 

    • 5+ years experience in a similar role (Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Insights Analyst etc)
    • Degree Educated (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics etc.
    • Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense
    • Experience with AWS, SQL
    • Python or alternative scripting languages
    • Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously
    • Proactive and agile, we’re a growing business and priorities will shift and evolve
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Comfortable communicating findings to wider business and leading presentations
    • Familiarity with an e-commerce/telco/digital product based business would be a huge advantage
    • Understanding of core drivers/metrics of an SaaS/E-commerce style business and it’s customers (CAC, ARPU, MRR LTV, Churn, Profitability, Revenue) would be a huge bonus
