Job Position – Data Analyst Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers.
Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
Automate reporting processes and improve data analysis efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
Experience with Python, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, data cleaning, and reporting automation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
