Job Position – Data Center Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
-Stakeholder engagement & C suite reporting
-Technical and incident management
-Service delivery to the tier 1 level
-Strategic direction on innovation and enhancements
Qualifications:
-3+ 5+ years of experience in Data Centers, Cloud & Connectivity.
-Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and operations, predominantly in the grey space.
-Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
