Job Position – Database Administration

Office 365 platform
-Communicate with the batch of users about the migration plan.
-Prepare the user PCs for the migration.
-Perform Hybrid AD joining, initiate the migration batch.
-Upgrade MS office version to Office 365 Apps on user PCS
-Reconfigure Outlook after cutover.
-Setup OneDrive and configure OneDrive sync folder.
-Perform PST data collection and uploading to user mailbox.
-Perform MDM configuration (InTune) on users’ mobile devices.
-Provide a brief orientation to the user for using Office 365 Apps (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Planner etc.)
-Setup corporate laptops for Azure AD joining.
-Collect data related to departmental share folders for SharePoint migration. ? Communicate with the batch of users about the migration plan.
-Coordinate for the data migration.
-Verify the folder permissions before and after the cutover.
-Educate the users about accessing the data migrated to SharePoint online. ? Create support tickets with Microsoft and follow up for closure of support issue
Duration: Contract is 6 months
