Job Position – Database Administrator
Company Name – Dicetek
Location- Abu Dhabi
Required Skills & Experience:-
– Strong experience with relational and/or No SQL databases in cloud environments.
– Proven expertise in backup, recovery, HA/DR, and performance tuning.
– Experience with automation and scripting for database operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
– Administer cloud database platforms including provisioning, upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery.
– Design and maintain high availability and disaster recovery configurations.
– Perform database performance tuning and capacity planning.
– Implement database security controls including access management, encryption, and auditing.
– Automate database operations where feasible and document operational procedures.
– Support production incidents and root cause analysis related to database services.
NOTE: UAE based candidates & Immediate / less notice period candidates preferred.
