Job Position – Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide Level1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
– Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
– Handle user queries and service requests efficiently
– Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required
Requirements:
– 2–4 years of experience in desktop support
– Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking
– Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote support
– Good communication and problem-solving skills
– Must be available to join immediately
