Job Position – Desktop Support/ IT Support Engineer
Company Name – Raqmiyat
Location: Dubai, UAE
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)
Raqmiyat is on the lookout for a highly skilled Desktop Support to join our team in Dubai! If you’re passionate about cybersecurity
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support for Windows, MacOS, and basic Linux systems
– Troubleshoot hardware issues – desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals
– Resolve networking problems (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
– Support MS Office, Office 365, and other common business apps
– Use remote support tools like RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk
– Manage users and groups via Active Directory
– Handle tickets using tools like ServiceNow, ManageEngine
– Configure and support email clients (Outlook, mobile devices)
– Apply knowledge of antivirus, security, and compliance protocols
