Job Position – Digital Marketing Manager

Company Name –  Tafaseel BPO

Responsibilities:
-Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
-Maintaining our social media across all digital channels
-Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
-Planning and managing our social media platforms
-Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
-Coordinating and working alongside the graphic designer in improving the content
-Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
-Evaluating essential metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
-Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
-Overseeing and managing all activities and other digital projects
-Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
-5 years+ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
-In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
-Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
-Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
-Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
-Re-create Tafaseel’s brand personality/Identity, enhance the brand look and feel, revamp corporate messaging in line with Tafaseel’s (road to 2025 IPO) vision
-Design and oversee all aspects of online and offline digital marketing activities
-Hire and manage required RES/CES basis business requirement
-Create annual marketing strategy, budget and oversee KPI’s achievements every quarter
-Maintain social media presence and online reputation across all social media channels.
-Plan and execute PR campaigns
-Develop Internal and external communications strategies
-Review Tafaseel’s technical and commercial proposals (design and content)
-Conduct quarterly market research and competitor analysis
-Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.
-Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting industry.
-Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
-Oversee and manage all activities and other digital projects.
-Create customer testimonial videos for all existing and new projects
-Supervise videography and photography of the company’s events
-Regularly review and revamp Tafaseel’s online presence on all social media platforms including (google my business)
-Manage Tafaseel’s relationship with marketing agencies and vendors
-Negotiate service contracts, publish RFPs and onboard marketing agencies, suppliers, and vendors and manage their payments
