Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
For Maintenance, you will play a vital role in supporting our accounting team and maintenance department. Your main responsibilities will include performing clerical tasks such as filing, handling mails, basic bookkeeping, and utilizing various systems to ensure efficient and organized record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the accounting team by handling clerical tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
– Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, receipts, and payments
– Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and ensure accuracy in financial records
– Manage and track maintenance-related documents, ensuring they are stored properly and easily accessible
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail related to maintenance and accounting
– Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure that documents are up-to-date and properly categorized
– Assist in generating reports and data entry using different systems and software tools
– Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth and timely documentation and communication
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a clerical or administrative support role, preferably in accounting or document control
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and financial processes
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with various accounting systems
– Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of maintenance documentation and processes is a plus
