Job Position – Documentation & Operations Executive

Key Requirements:
-Minimum experience in UAE customs clearance procedures preferred
-Familiar with UAE ports, customs systems (e.g., Dubai Trade), and documentation protocols
-In-depth understanding of Border Control Procedures & Import/Export regulations
– Proven skills in coordinating transport and ensuring timely shipment deliveries
– Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (such as Calogi)
-Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
-High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving ability
