Job Position – Documents Controller
Company Name – Al Jood
Job Location – Muscat, Sultanate of Oman

Nationality- Omani
To work in with our Projects Department. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain records, files, and company documentation
-Manage incoming & outgoing correspondence between client, consultant, and project team.
-Coordinate with electrical engineers for document submissions and approvals.
-Manage incoming & outgoing correspondence between client, consultant, and project team.
-Manage document transmittals between clients, consultant, subcontractors, and internal departments.
-Monitor document status and follow up on pending approvals and submissions.
-Prepare weekly/monthly document control reports for project management.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
-Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in relevant field.
-Strong command of the English and Arabic languages, both written and verbal.
-Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
