A well experienced draftsman to join our Interior design Department. The ideal candidate should be able to provide layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD in accordance with the timeline, quality, assurance standards and client¡¦s project specifications.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare interior design shop-drawings
Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge, given information and/or sketch drawings
Prepare BOQ & joinery details
Producing large scale documentation packages
Producing fully coordinated and accurate sets of drawings
Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience in the same field
Expertise in AutoCAD
Excellent time management and organization skills
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.
