Job Position – Driver
Company Name – Rushmore American School
Rushmore American School is seeking a full time driver who will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of administrative, operational, and logistical functions. This position is not limited to transportation duties; it includes active involvement in supporting the administration, finance, HR, and general school operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and highly familiar with the geography of Sharjah and the
surrounding Emirates.
Responsibilities:
– Transportation Duties
– Administrative Support
– HR and Operational Coordination
– Vehicle Maintenance and Readiness
– Compliance and Safety
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Valid UAE driving license (Manual/Automatic) and is in the country
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an education or corporate setting
– Excellent knowledge of Sharjah and UAE roads, landmarks, and official departments
– Good communication skills in English (basic Arabic is a plus)
– Clean driving record with no major violations
– Polite, presentable, and professional demeanor
– High level of reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness
– Ability to work flexible hours when needed
