Job Position – Driver Operator – RESCUE AND FIRE FIGHTING SERVICES

Requirements:
– Demonstrated competence in vehicle firefighting operations
– Have recognized qualifications and experience in RFFS vehicle driving and firefighting operations.
– Successful completion and validation of the RFFS Driver Operator Structured Learning Program (SLP).
– Successful completion of FIA ADP Level 2 Certification.
– Must hold valid FIA Radiotelephony Certification.
– Experience communicating effectively, both orally and in written form.
Desired Course Work:
– Fire Fighter 1 & 2
– Airport Fire Fighter
– Driver Operator – Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting
– Driver Operator – Mobile Water Supply
– Hazardous Materials Awareness
– Incident Command System (ICS) 100 & 200
