Current Jobs Vacancies
1) Helpdesk Agent
-Proven experience of at least 3 years in a help desk or customer service role, preferably within the facilities management or similar industry.
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage multiple service requests at once.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proficiency with help desk software and tools (e.g., CAFM, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, etc).
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-Familiarity with basic building systems and maintenance processes is a plus.
-A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
2) Electrician
-Minimum of 3 years experience in electrical work with Facility Management companies.
-Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
3) Plumber
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility Management companies.
-Experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems
4) Irrigation Plumber
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility Management companies.
-Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage for landscape areas.
5) Pest Control Operator
-Proven 3 to 5 years of experience as a Pest Control Operator. With certification/license in pest control.
-In-depth knowledge of pest control methods, products, and safety regulations.
6) Housekeeper Cleaner
-Proven experience as a Housekeeper – Cleaner.
-Knowledge of cleaning products, safety procedures and practices.
