Job Position – Duty Officer
Company Name – Alpha Flight Services Group
Location: Sharjah
You will play a central role in managing the day-to-day execution of catering operations. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure all flights are serviced accurately, efficiently, and on time. Your focus will be on operational coordination, shift management, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
Key Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar operational role (preferably in aviation catering or a fast-paced logistics environment).
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within airside operations and familiar with regulatory requirements such as IATA and AHM.
-Strong understanding of shift planning, flight schedules, and turnaround time requirements.
-Experience in frontline operations supervision and workforce coordination.
– Ability to manage real-time operational issues and communicate effectively under pressure.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Familiar with operational tracking or planning systems (e.g., ERP, RMS, or flight scheduling tools).
-Working knowledge of MS Excel.
-Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
