Job Position – E-Commerce Coordinator

With 1 year of experience to support our online marketplace operations and warehouse activities. This role involves both system work and physical stock handling.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and update product listings on Amazon & Noon
-Handle order processing, returns, and inventory updates
-Coordinate with the warehouse team for daily stock movement
-Perform physical item checks and stock verification
-Match system stock with physical stock
-Prepare basic reports using Microsoft Excel
-Ensure timely dispatch and proper documentation
Requirements
-Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce operations
-Hands-on experience with Amazon & Noon seller platforms
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
-Willing to do both system work and physical stock checking
-Basic understanding of warehouse operations
-Good communication and coordination skills
