Job Position – Electrician
Company Name – Capital Catering
Job Responsibilities:
– Carry out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems including lighting, power outlets, DBs, cabling, and associated equipment.
– Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems to ensure safe and uninterrupted operations.
– Attend breakdown calls and resolve electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
– Install, test, and maintain lighting fixtures, emergency lights, exit signs, and power supply to IT systems.
– Ensure all electrical works comply with UAE Electrical Regulations, local authority requirements, and safety standards.
– Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and method statements for effective execution of works.
– Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical installations, including insulation resistance and continuity tests.
– Coordinate with FM team, contractors, and supervisors during daily operations and project-related works.
– Follow HSE procedures, use PPE properly, and always ensure safe work practices.
– Maintain proper records of inspections, repairs, consumables, and work orders.
– Support minor civil / MEP multi?skilled tasks when required as part of facilities operations.
– Report defects, risks, and improvement recommendations to the line manager.
– Ensure good housekeeping and proper material handling at work locations.
