Job Position – Emirati Marketing Specialist

Qualification:
1) Both English and Arabic speaking;
2) Have knowledge in oil and gas field upstream for business development in UAE.
3) Graduated from Petroleum college ?new graduation is accepted).
4) Proficient with Power point presentation etc.
5) UAE driving license.
Responsibilities:
1. Track all upcoming business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector of mainly the Middle East Countries.
2. Prepare Project Information for Tenders, Review Bidders Qualification Criteria (BQC) for management for approval.
3. Co-coordinate tender process. Proposal Development Planning. Structure proposal requirements.
4. Prepare Prequalification Applications, EOI’s & RFQ’s and compiling Technical Proposals for various disciplines of Oil & Gas sectors.
5. Track the progress of Bids submitted and facilitate and expedite response to Technical Queries (TQs)/ Commercial Queries (CQs) raised. Co-ordination with Principals for timely execution of Contracts.
6. Costing & prepare techno-commercial proposal.
