Job Position – Employee Relations Specialist
Company Name – Kingston Stanley
Location: Sharjah, UAE (with travel to Iraq as needed)
Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic
Experience: 8–10 years in employee relations, engagement & HR policy
Salary: 20-25k AED plus family benefits including schooling
We’re looking for a seasoned Employee Relations Specialist to help foster a positive work culture, drive engagement, and ensure HR compliance across the organization. The role requires occasional travel to Iraq and offers the opportunity to shape people practices across borders.
