Job Position – Engineering Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
. Supervise and coordinate daily engineering operations, ensuring smooth functionality of all systems and equipment.
. Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
. Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs.
. Train and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure high standards of performance.
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience in hotel engineering or a similar role.
-Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance.
-Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
-Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
