You are the “Air Traffic Controller” of our Emergency Department, to transform the ER into a high-efficiency engine that prioritizes patient well-being while optimizing hospital operations.
Key Deliverables:
Command the Flow: Strategically manage the transition of patients from ER to Outpatient (OP) and Inpatient (IP) departments.
Revenue Mobilization: Ensure accurate documentation, smooth billing transitions, and bed management to maximize facility utilization.
The Patient Voice: Act as the primary advocate for patient satisfaction, ensuring a compassionate, “zero-friction” experience from arrival to admission.
Operational Excellence: Solve bottlenecks in real-time to ensure our medical team can focus on what they do best—saving lives.
Role Specifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of UAE Hospital experience is mandatory. You must understand the UAE healthcare landscape and patient expectations.
Skillset: A master of patient flow, a proactive problem solver, who understands the business side of healthcare.
Personality: Calm under pressure, outspoken, and obsessed with quality service.
