Job Position – Event Account Manager
Company Name – DMC Global
Location: Dubai, UAE
Hiring a dynamic and client-focused to join our growing Events Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading project delivery from brief to execution, and driving commercial success across multiple accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
?Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication
Lead the development of proposals in collaboration with creative, production, and operations teams
?Understand client objectives and translate them into impactful event concepts
?Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall delivery
?Oversee internal coordination across design, production, AV, and suppliers
?Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth
?Present proposals and ideas confidently to clients
?Ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction across all projects
REQUIREMENTS
3 years of experience in events, marketing agencies, or experiential activations
?Strong client servicing and relationship management skills
?Proven experience in handling end-to-end event projects
?Solid understanding of budgeting and commercial aspects
?Excellent communication and presentation skills
?Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
?UAE Mostly Dubai & Abu Dhabi experience is highly preferred
?Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
