Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative activities for senior colleagues, including managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing memos, preparing expense reports, etc.
- Support senior colleagues with meeting activity, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, room bookings and transportation requests
- Manage internal and external interactions on behalf of senior colleagues in an efficient and professional manner
- Analyze incoming memos and submissions and to manage distribution as required
- Perform office duties including ordering supplies and managing a records database
- Ensure delivery of services are in adherence with established service level agreements
Qualifications
- Degree level qualification, preferably Bachelors or comparable, with strong emphasis in business, management or related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable
