Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative activities for senior colleagues, including managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing memos, preparing expense reports, etc.
  • Support senior colleagues with meeting activity, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, room bookings and transportation requests
  • Manage internal and external interactions on behalf of senior colleagues in an efficient and professional manner
  • Analyze incoming memos and submissions and to manage distribution as required
  • Perform office duties including ordering supplies and managing a records database
  • Ensure delivery of services are in adherence with established service level agreements

Qualifications

  • Degree level qualification, preferably Bachelors or comparable, with strong emphasis in business, management or related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable
