Job Position – Executive Chef
Company Name – Tamani Marina Hotel & Apartments
Will lead the culinary team, manage kitchen operations, and ensure high-quality dining experiences.
This role involves menu development, cost control, and staff training. Education & Certification.
Requirements: Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary school. HACCP Certification or relevant food safety training is a must.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar senior culinary role in a 4/5star hotel, preferably within an international or regional brand in the UAE.
Technical Skills: Expertise in international and regional cuisines with a creative approach to menu development. Proficiency in kitchen management software and inventory systems. Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Effective cost control and budgeting skills.
