Job Position – Executive Chef
Company Name – Trump International Golf Club
This exciting role oversees all culinary operations across our premium F&B outlets, ensuring the highest standards in quality, presentation, and innovation to meet and exceed member and guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and curate seasonal menus across the clubhouse restaurant, bar, comfort stations, and special events
-Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and consistency
-Lead and manage all kitchen operations including golf tournaments, weddings, and private functions
-Hire, train, and supervise a full culinary team including sous chefs, line cooks, pastry chefs, and stewards
-Control food costs, purchasing, and inventory while minimizing waste
-Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
-Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage on budget planning, labour management, and pricing
-Innovate based on culinary trends and member feedback
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
-5โ8 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale kitchen, with 3+ years in a leadership role
-Background in private clubs, resorts, or fine dining preferred
-Strong leadership, team development, and organizational skills
-Proficiency in food cost control and kitchen operations
-Certified in food safety and responsible alcohol service
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
